It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the cancellation of Snowbombing 2021. Bookings for this year will roll over to Snowbombing 2022. Our SB21 Cancellation Statement can be found here.

1. What will happen to my Snowbombing 2021 booking?
All existing Snowbombing 2021 bookings have automatically been rolled over to Snowbombing 2022, guaranteeing you a spot at next year’s festival, plus a load of incredible perks (see Questions 9 & 10 ).
You do not need to do anything to maintain your booking for next year’s festival, but if you would like to claim a face value refund, you can do so by completing the online refund form (see Question 3).
2. What are the festival dates for next year?
The festival dates for Snowbombing 2022 will be Monday 4th to Saturday 9th April 2022.
In order to make the most of your time in the mountains, customers are invited to join us in Mayrhofen from Saturday 2nd April until Sunday 10th April 2022
3. I’m unable to attend Snowbombing 2022. How do I claim a refund?
If you have a booking for Snowbombing 2021 and cannot attend Snowbombing 2022, we will be sending you an online refund form via email on Friday 29th January, which must be completed and returned by 15:00 on Friday 12th February in order to claim your refund.
4. My group want to pick different options. Is this okay?
Yes, we will automatically roll over all Snowbombing 2021 bookings to Snowbombing 2022. If some members of your group would like to claim a refund, they can do so via the online form which will be sent to you via email on Friday 29th January and must be completed by 15:00 on Friday 12th February.
If your group size changes for Snowbombing 2022, we will do our best to find you alternative accommodation to suit your new party size.
5. When do I have to submit my refund form by?
You will receive the form on Friday 29th January and must complete it by 15:00 on Friday 12th February. Anyone that misses this deadline will automatically have their booking transferred to Snowbombing 2022 and standard terms and conditions apply to the new booking.
6. What happens if I don’t fill in the refund form by 15:00 on Friday 12th February 2021?
Your booking will be automatically transferred to Snowbombing 2022 and you will receive all the incredible incentives offered to customers who choose to maintain their booking with us. Standard terms and conditions apply to the new booking.

7. My booking was cancelled before the festival was cancelled, will I still be able to select one of these options?
If you cancelled your Snowbombing 2021 booking for any reason you are only eligible to make a new booking for Snowbombing 2022.
8. Can I still go on holiday?
If COVID-19 restrictions allow it, we hope to offer our existing customers a ski trip to Mayrhofen over our original festival dates, Monday 5th April – Saturday 10th April 2021. The Snowbombing Ski Trip will be an entirely new booking, not related to your Snowbombing 2021 festival booking. Please decide what you would like to do with your Snowbombing 2021 booking now and we will provide more information regarding package prices and how to book the ski trip very soon.
Until then, please decide whether you would like to Transfer To SB22 or Claim a Refund on your Snowbombing 2021 booking before Friday 12th February at 15:00.
9. I am a new booker for Snowbombing 2021 and my original booking was made between July 2020 and January 2021. What perks will I receive if I transfer my booking to Snowbombing 2022?
We’d absolutely love all of you to join us in 2022, for what will undoubtedly be the biggest, wildest and most unforgettable Snowbombing to date – packed full of dancing, skiing, hugging and everything else we’ve missed so badly this year. As a thank you for your understanding and loyalty to the festival, all Snowbombing 2021 bookers that roll over their booking to SB22 will receive the following:
• 20% discount on your Snowbombing 2022 accommodation & festival wristband package: The value of this will be stated in the coming personalised email to your group.
We will roll your package over to Snowbombing 2022 and if you have an outstanding balance, 20% of your total accomodation cost will be deducted from this balance. If you have already paid in full, 20% of your total accomodation cost will be refunded. We endeavour to have these refunds processed from our account by Mon 1st March – please allow up to 14 days to receive this refund in your account.
• 100 Euros Bar Tab: Placed on your RFID wristband for spend at Snowbombing 2022.
• A 50 Euro Snowbombing 2022 merchandise voucher
• Invitation to the exclusive Thank You Party at Snowbombing 2022: A private party exclusively for those who have rolled over their booking to Snowbombing 2022, hosted by very special guests, with complimentary food and drinks.
• The chance to join our Snowbombing 2022 Extended Payment Plan: We’ve also devised an extended monthly payment plan that we hope will make it super easy and affordable for you to manage paying off your SB22 balance between now and next April.
10. My original booking was made between July 2019 and March 2020 for Snowbombing 2020 and I have previously transferred my booking to Snowbombing 2021. What perks will I receive if I transfer my booking to Snowbombing 2022?
We are rolling over all the incredible incentives we promised for transferring your SB20 booking, plus some amazing new perks! As a thank you for your understanding and loyalty to the festival, all Snowbombing 2020 bookers that roll over their booking to SB22 will receive the following:
• 20% refund on your Snowbombing 2022 accommodation & festival wristband package: This has already been processed to the bank account used for purchase in Spring 2020, following the Snowbombing 2020 cancellation.

11. Will you refund this year’s flight costs?
We will not be refunding flights. Flights are separate to your Snowbombing package. Check with your travel insurance provider if you are able to claim this cost back through your policy.

12. What happens if I choose to transfer my booking for Snowbombing 2022 and then I am subsequently unable to attend next year?
If you choose to transfer your booking to Snowbombing 2022 then you will be bound by the terms and conditions for that festival and standard cancellation terms will apply.
13. Will the lineup be the same as announced for Snowbombing 2020?
No lineup has been announced for Snowbombing 2021. The Snowbombing 2020 line-up will not be wholly transferred to Snowbombing 2022, but it is likely that many of the same acts will be booked once again. This is subject to change.
14. When will my package be transferred?
Your Snowbombing 2021 booking will automatically be transferred to Snowbombing 2022, and you will receive an updated confirmation email by late February.
15. Will my lift pass and equipment hire still be valid for Snowbombing 2022?
By transferring your existing booking, your lift pass and equipment hire bookings will still remain valid and be honoured in 2022. If you have already purchased your lift pass and equipment hire, you will benefit from ensuring that these prices will remain frozen for 2022, even if prices increase.
16. Will my SB Royalty status remain unchanged?
The Royalty Scheme won’t be in place at SB22, as we believe we’re already offering our loyal customers so many incredible perks to carry their bookings over from this SB21. However, we will bring it back for future years.
17. I haven’t received my SB21 Refund Form yet. What do I do?
If you haven’t received your SB21 Refund Form, please check with your group leader who will be able to share this with you. Alternatively, please contact [email protected] who will send this to you directly.
18. Are you refunding in full?
We will be refunding the entirety of your Snowbombing booking, minus the booking fee, travel insurance and any admin charges you previously incurred for changes such as removing or downgrading extras or name changes.
19. Why are you keeping the booking fee?
These fees cover the cost of our ticketing platform providing a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day booking service, labour costs, credit card commissions and all the other costs associated with running a ticketing business which in the event of a cancellation are even more amplified.
20. Will you refund my travel costs?
Snowbombing will reimburse any travel costs you have booked via the Snowbombing platform – these include our airport transfers, coaches and the Road Trip.
21. Will you refund my flight costs?
Snowbombing does not offer customer flights via our booking platform, so will not be able to assist in the refund process. Please contact your flight provider for their flight refund policy and check with your travel insurance provider if you are able to claim any costs back through your policy.
22. When will I receive my refund?
We will be processing refunds from Monday 15th February and notify you once your refund has been processed. Refunds should be received within 14 days. If you haven’t had your refund by Monday 1st March, please see “I haven’t had my full refund” below.
23. I haven’t had my full refund.
If, by Monday 1st March, you think you are missing money, this is likely due to the refund going back to the group leaders card if they paid the deposit on behalf of the group. Another reason may be if you paid across multiple cards, funds will go back into different accounts. Please make sure you check all your bank and credit card accounts and with your lead booker before you contact customer service at [email protected].
24. Will my travel insurance cover the cost of this holiday?
Snowbombing will be refunding the total cost of your package, minus the booking fee, travel insurance booked through us, and any admin fees you have incurred if you previously made changes to your booking. We will not be refunding any additional flight or travel costs. Please check with your travel insurance provider if you are looking to claim on any other aspects of your journey.
