Bicep returned to round off another year of Snowbombing with their spectacular live show in the Mayrhofen forest. Fit with exceptional visuals, colourful laser productions and a booming sound system, the Irish duo captivated eager Snowbombers with a unique and truly memorable show.
Embarking into SB22 as a special guest, Mall Grab surprised fans with a secret pop-up show at the Schneekarhütte, announced solely through pop-up app notifications and hush-hush social media announcements just before the set. Playing against a stunning mountain backdrop with blue skies, a spirited crowd and hard-hitting tunes, this exclusive set was one to remember for those who were lucky enough to attend!
Snowbombers dust off their finest outfits as Glitterbox stalwarts Honey Dijon, Folamour and Melvo Baptiste brought the house down on Tuesday for the crowd-favourite Street Party. Glitterbox pulled out all the stops for an evening filled with extravagance, vivacious dancers and sparkly productions set to wow the audience.
Mike Skinner served up bangers at the local institution, Hans the Butcher, for an intimate yet packed out pop-up performance of a lifetime. With My Nu Leng and Dread MC warming up the crowd, Mike trailblazed through a variety of bassy genres, unexpected blends and an overexcited audience who couldn’t get enough.
As an SB22 first, all expectations were exceeded for our inaugural Mountaintop Brunches. With all five dates sold out before the festival began, Snowbombers started their day off in style, consisting of the most outstanding vibes and idyllic fancy dress costumes. We invited UKG Brunch, DnB Brunch and Bongo’s Bingo to host these crazy brunches which went down super well, so they’ll be back again for SB23!
HE.SHE.THEY. brought their iconic and inclusive brand of clubbing to the Brück for an exhilarating night filled with house and techno. With a stellar lineup consisting of Big Miz, SYREETA, Cinthie, Heidi and Catz ‘N Dogz, it was a surefire way to kickstart the first day of SB22!
A few days before the event this tennis hall was being used to practise serves. Then we got our hands on it and turned it into the ultimate rave den with insane production and laser lights. On Thursday, we let Defected get loose to serve a night of the finest house flavours with some of the most iconic names, including Gorgon City, Sam Divine, Monki and Arielle Free.
We were honoured to have Sink The Pink grace the stage of The Arena for one of their last ever shows. Their last ever Snowbombing extravaganza was an emotional one for sure, packed with glitz and glamour to the soundtrack of the STP residents spinning throwback anthems.
Loud Noises breathed life into aching limbs at the bottom of the Penkenbahn lift with their infectious and uplifting brass covers. The quartet cover band accompanied the passing people of Mayrhofen, undoubtedly drawing in a massive crowd with their sensational pop music renditions.
What better way to round off a day on the slopes and ease into your night than by sipping a cocktail as you take in the stunning Alpine panoramas from The Coolnest’s rooftop pool? Dubbed as the artist hub, The Coolnest also hosted secret DJ sets with the lineup announced on the day. Partying with the stars, why not?
