We’d like to say thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time and we wish you and all your family’s good health.
Today we started the process of refunding you. For Snowbombers that did not move their bookings forward, you will have the full refund in your account within the next five working days. We are sorry that you haven’t moved your booking over but we will of course welcome you back with open arms next year, and we sincerely hope that you can make it for what we are planning for 2021, a year in which we’ll be seriously making up for lost time!
For all the rest that have decided to come and join us next year, to party with Fatboy Slim and receive a free bar tab and even some merchandise thrown in – we’d like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will not let you down next year. We promised you a refund of 20% of the value of your accommodation, and today started the process of refunding you this money. As with the full refund, it will be in your accounts or on your card in the next few days.
We are so sorry that we could not deliver Snowbombing 2020. Today the Snowbombing team should be in Mayrhofen, putting up the bunting, building stages and decorating the town in readiness for welcoming thousands of you. Sadly we cannot do that but we do wish you all the best, health and happiness during this difficult time
We are planning and working on 2021 and we do hope that you can all come back. We promise that with you all involved, it will be the best week ever!
