HOW TO BOOK SNOWBOMBING 2021

Do I buy my accommodation and festival ticket together?

Yes, we sell the festival ticket and accommodation together as a package. The only way to secure yourself a Snowbombing 2021 festival ticket is by booking a package through us. 

 

What is the best way to book Snowbombing 2021 in the current climate?

We know the financial impact Coronavirus has had on many people and we want to make booking Snowbombing 2021 as easy and manageable as possible. In order to reserve your spot at Snowbombing 2021, you just need to put down a £50 deposit (plus £20 booking fee), with your final balance not due until March 2021.

We’d also recommend joining the SB Payment Plan, which splits your accommodation payments into small monthly recurring payments (fully refundable if Snowbombing 2021 is cancelled) and before you know it, you’ll be paid up and partying with us in the mountains.

 

Can I book on behalf of my group?

Yes, you can. In order to secure your groups booking, all you need to do is provide their names and cover for their £50 deposit (+bf).

COVID-19: BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE

 

How will you manage Coronavirus safety at Snowbombing 2021? 

The safety and wellbeing of everyone involved in Snowbombing is our utmost priority; from customers to staff, artists, the local residents and beyond. We’ll be working closely with the Mayrhofen Tourist Board to monitor the situation, and will follow the guidance of the Austrian Government, with all necessary procedures and practices in place as required at the time. We will be releasing a Coronavirus Safety Management manifesto at a later stage.

 

If Snowbombing 2021 is cancelled due to Coronavirus, will I get a full refund? 

Yes. If we’re unable to put the festival on, due to implications of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, such as Austria being locked down, the Austrian government banning outdoor events or no flights being allowed to come into Austria, all customers will be offered a refund of the monies they’ve paid so far (minus the £20 booking fee).

Customers who carried their booking from 2020 to 2021 will, of course, also be eligible for a refund of the monies they’ve paid so far (minus the £20 booking fee).

 

Would we get a full refund if a travel ban is imposed between the UK and Austria over the Snowbombing dates?

If there is a travel ban and the FCO advise against travel to Austria in April, you will be eligible for a full refund (minus the £20 booking fee).

 

If Snowbombing 2021 goes ahead but I decide not to attend, will I get a full refund?

If the event takes place and travelling to Austria is possible, but you decide to cancel your booking and not attend, you may be eligible for a refund,  but cancellation charges will apply. Please see our T&Cs for further information.

TRANSFERRING BOOKINGS FROM SNOWBOMBING 2020

 

I transferred my booking from Snowbombing 2020 to Snowbombing 2021. When will I receive my new booking confirmation?

We’ll be sending out confirmations from Tuesday 1st September. You’ll also be able to see your booking in the Customer Dashboard.

 

I transferred my booking from Snowbombing 2020 to Snowbombing 2021. Will I have the same accommodation for 2021?

We’ll strive to give you the same accommodation for 2021. However, in some cases there may be changes due to hotels no longer opening, the hotel no longer being able to accommodate your group size or if your group size has changed. I cancelled my Snowbombing 2020 booking for a refund, instead of transferring it, but would like to come to Snowbombing 2021. Can I reinstate it and book the same hotel?
